OwnThisDomain has today completed the sale of amateurpoker.co.uk [Amateur Poker] for USD $10,000 [Ten Thousand Dollars].

The domain - which OwnThisDomain only added to its portfolio on November 1st, 2009 - quickly caught the interest of an international gambling group. They appointed Bill Sweetman, portfolio manager at Tucows in Toronto and one of the Internet marketing industry's most respected authorities, to negotiate directly with OTD's director, Richard Harwood.

A lengthy and protracted two-month negotiation followed but both parties are happy a mutually beneficial agreement has been reached.
